Real Campaigns. Real Numbers. No Rounding Up.
Every result below comes from an actual campaign we ran. No projections, no best-case scenarios.
1,655 Leads At $18.16 Each, Nearly Half The Industry Average
Bank On Yourself teaches business owners a different way to grow and access their own money, without relying on banks or the stock market. We started with a free report offer on Facebook. That alone brought in 1,372 leads and 343 people who asked for a call.
Once we knew the message worked, we shifted to selling directly to cold traffic. That phase brought in another 283 leads and 112 orders, turning about 5 out of every 100 visitors into a paying customer, at a cost of $65.70 per customer.
The offer itself outperformed what's typical. 59.5% of buyers added a companion offer to their order at checkout, most similar campaigns see 20 to 35%. And 42.5% of buyers said yes to a follow-up offer shown right after they paid, compared to a usual 15 to 25%.
We also tested three versions of the landing page. The winning headline pulled in 210 leads from 1,679 visitors, a 12.5% opt-in rate. The two runner-up versions only managed 14.9% and 4.1%, and drove a fraction of the traffic, proof that a message built around a real fear (in this case, retirement anxiety) beat an aspirational one by a wide margin.
For any advisory business selling a complicated idea, the lesson here holds up: a simple free offer up front does more work than the pitch that follows it.
1,757 Patient Inquiries From A Full Multi-Channel System
Hudson Medical runs three divisions under one roof: Medical, Wellness, and a mental health program called Mind. Each one needed its own message, so we built separate campaigns instead of running one generic ad across all three.
Over nine months, the combined Google and Facebook campaigns spent roughly $139,000, showed up 3.3 million times, and drove 60,007 visits to Hudson's site. That produced 1,757 people filling out a form to say they were interested, at a cost of $79.11 per inquiry. Google alone produced more than half of those inquiries on about half the total spend, while Facebook drove most of the reach and kept the brand in front of people who weren't ready to inquire yet.
In one strong week alone, the Medical division's Google campaign turned 181 clicks into 9 booked applications, proof that a tightly targeted local search campaign can perform even at a small, weekly scale.
We're upfront about what the top-line number means. It's not 1,757 new patients, it's 1,757 real, interested people handed to the front desk to follow up with. What happens after that call is on the practice's booking process, not the ad.
$1.9M In Revenue From 48,000+ Leads Generated
Accelerated Banking teaches homeowners how to pay off their mortgage in years instead of decades, potentially saving up to 70% on interest. It's a complicated idea to explain in a 30-second ad, so a big part of the work was finding the simplest way to say it.
Over the course of the engagement, $546,482 in ad spend generated 48,064 leads at about $21.79 each, and $1.9 million in revenue. YouTube ended up being the strongest single platform, every dollar spent there brought back about $2.22.
Financial education is a hard sell in a short ad. Getting there took constant creative testing to find an angle that didn't sound like every other "save on your mortgage" pitch already in someone's feed.
5,100+ Booked Calls, 12,000+ Applications
Solar shoppers are cautious. Most have already been burned by a pushy door-to-door sales pitch, so the offer stayed low-pressure: see what you could save, no commitment needed.
That approach connected homeowners directly with installers, generating over 12,000 applications and more than 5,100 booked calls, roughly 4 out of every 10 applicants ended up on the phone with an installer.
That's meaningfully higher than the industry norm, where plenty of solar applicants never even pick up the phone when an installer calls back.
$1.58M In New Revenue, Up 310% In Leads And Customers
Entre Institute teaches people how to start and run their own business. We ran their social ads, built out the path someone takes from clicking an ad to becoming a student, and added email follow-up so no interested lead slipped through the cracks.
Over 180 days, that combination grew their leads and customers by 310% and generated $1.58 million in new revenue. For every dollar spent on the campaign, they got about $3.10 back.
The follow-up emails did as much work as the ads themselves, continuing to nurture anyone who clicked but wasn't ready to enroll yet.
55 Booked Calls At $369.62 Each
This wasn't a mass-market campaign. We targeted accredited investors specifically, people who already had $250,000 or more in annual income, so the ads only ever reached people who could realistically say yes.
$12,197 in ad spend turned into 148 leads and 55 booked calls. That's more than a third of leads turning into a real conversation, well above what most investor campaigns see.
Most investor campaigns cast a wide net and hope. This one only ever spoke to the room of people who already qualified, which is exactly why so few calls went nowhere.
293 Leads And 492,000+ People Reached
We tested 43 different versions of the ad to find the message that actually got injured workers to reach out, everything from the headline to the photo to the offer. Facebook ended up driving the majority of leads, well ahead of Instagram and Facebook's separate audience network.
Across the whole campaign, about 8 out of every 1,000 people who saw an ad clicked on it, right in line with what a cold, top-of-funnel injury law campaign should expect. The campaign also built a pool of 2,750 people who clicked but didn't reach out the first time, a ready-made audience for a follow-up push instead of starting from zero.
One thing worth knowing before you spend a dollar: the leads skewed older and more male. Men accounted for 186 leads against 101 women, and people 35 and up made up the large majority, with the 65-plus age group alone bringing in more leads than any other single group.
